Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

All orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. Ground Shipping only. Shipping charges are per address.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, we will contact you as soon as possible, your order processing may be delayed.
In case of orders with out of stock item(s), we will contact you a soon as possible, may take an additional 2-3 business days to process and ship.
NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE ACCEPTED
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 DAYS from the ship date for store credit only. Store credit memos will be issued after the items have been received and inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. All returned items MUST be in original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and labels. OTHERWISE, A 25% RE-PACKAGING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Claims made after indicated dates will not be authorized.
*NO TOLERANCE FOR CREDIT CARD DISPUTE FOR AUTHORIZED PURCHASE AND/OR NOT AUTHORIZED RETURN TRANSACTION: In the event of a dispute, parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California regardless of their residence, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect from the other party all of its legal cost and expenses incurred therewith, including attorney's fees.

*ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) – NO RETURNS WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION WILL BE ACCEPTED
Once you notify use with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the RA# on the outside of the return box before you ship it out. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges. Customer acknowledged and agreed that selling Aakaa’s product to another retailer, wholesalers, or closeout without Aakaa’s written agreement is prohibited. Not limited to, but selling the product to any other 3rd party is not allowed. Only the transactions executed between Aakaa and the register’s customer are valid.
