Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day. Delivery times begin the business day after your order is placed.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated per delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete payment information may delay your order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. Processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
We recommend USPS for all Puerto Rico orders to avoid extra fees.
UPS shipments have an additional $40 surcharge, even when using your own UPS account. This fee will be added to your invoice separately from regular shipping charges.
Returns are accepted only for damaged items or incorrect items received.
7-Day Deadline: Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of the shipping date.
Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Return Authorization Required: All returns must be approved and have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Repackaging Fee: A 25% fee may apply if items are returned without their original packaging or labels.
All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE (excluding temporary promotions).
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
1. Email info@aakaafashion.com within 7 days of the shipping date.
2. Include your order number and details of the issue.
3. Wait for approval and your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
4. Write the RA# on the outside of your return package before shipping.
Store credit will be issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, including rush shipping fees.
AAKAA is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Unauthorized returns and disputes involving authorized purchases may be subject to legal action. Any disputes will be handled under California law, with the prevailing party entitled to recover applicable legal fees and expenses.
AAKAA products are intended for sale only by registered retail customers.
Reselling AAKAA products to other retailers, wholesalers, closeout businesses, or third parties is prohibited without prior written approval from AAKAA Fashion.
