Shipping & Returns


Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 
*Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order. 

All orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. Ground Shipping only. Shipping charges are per address. 
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, we will contact you as soon as possible, your order processing may be delayed. 
In case of orders with out of stock item(s), we will contact you a soon as possible, may take an additional 2-3 business days to process and ship.


2. All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned unopened. 
3. Returns must be unworn and unaltered and with all tags still attached, only damaged goods will receive return labels. 
4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. 
5. 20% restocking charge on all returned goods for credit after 7 days. 
6. No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns on special orders.) 
7. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all items included. 
8. Price on invoices does not include shipping and handling fees. 
9. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and undeliverable packages.)
